** Personal Skegness 'First'

It was good while it lasted! My noise returned late afternoon on the 3rd, masking all weak signals once again. OFCOM here I come. It was nice to have a good run up and down the band though to see what could be heard and I made a few notes. During the 'silence' I increased my scatter distance to 793 km with the weak reception of MDR Figaro from Sonneburg consistently fluttering up and down on 95.2 in parallel witht he web audio for 20 minutes.

Listening may be restricted over the weekend while the family are over but I'll try and squeeze in some DXing time.

You have to laugh! Some neighbours on our street have decided that I must be working for the police because of the new antenna on the roof. I've already been down this route some years ago when I was approached by a drug dealer who approached me with a crowbar because he thought the same thing.

Good DX!
